Civeo Village Operations has undergone exponential growth in the last 12 months, taking the portfolio from eight owned operational sites with a total of 8651 rooms, to thirteen sites, incorporating two client site management contracts, bringing the overall number of rooms now being managed within the COV portfolio to over 11,000. In 2025, Civeo’s project teams were tasked with mobilising six new sites and integrating these new ventures into daily operations over a period of 14 weeks, an undertaking which was critical to Civeo’s growth strategy and business reputation within the industry.

Key to this expansion was the acquisition of four operational sites within the Blackwater region and the successful bid to manage two integral existing client sites located in Moranbah and Dysart. In both instances, the requirement was to demobilise the incumbent contractor and remobilise the sites under Civeo operations.
