“The Sustainable Energy Solutions team operate in a very fast paces business environment. In addition to the time driven pressures of our roles, over the past 12 to 18 months, the team persevered with a great deal of change within a short period of time. Internally, challenges included an office move, implementing new systems and processes, changes in our reporting, automation and the introduction of new solutions. There were also external challenges beyond our control which were driven by the energy market and had a significant impact on our clients.
“Despite all this, we continued to grow the business, hit targets, and have fun along the way. This year I’m delighted that a lot of these things have become business as usual and we are working on continuous improvement.
“We have also proactively focused on flexible work practices and employing highly skilled professionals in all areas of our business on a part time basis.
